Goth Babe's newest EP contains two new tracks, as well as the previously released song Moments/Tides. Atmospheric instrumentation combines with indie pop synth to define the sound of North Coast, written by artist Griff Washburn as he explored the Northern Pacific coast of the United States, keeping with Goth Babe's trend of releasing EPs inspired by and named after areas of interest. The artist, on his inspiration for the new EP, declared:

"The new EP has been in an era of a lot of beach trips between my friends and I. Haven’t missed a week of surf, and don’t plan to anytime soon!"
